The Wedding Day

The wedding ceremony and reception will take place in the same location which is Hyde Barn. There is also accommodation onsite next door at Hyde House for the night of the wedding and more information on how to reserve this can be found in the ‘ACCOMMODATION’ section.
The wedding ceremony will begin at 2.30pm in Hyde Barn.
For those that wish to arrive earlier for a few drinks with the groom, there is a bar that will be open in Hyde House and Chris will be there from at least 1pm. The wedding venue is then a very short walk across the car park.
Following the ceremony there will be a drinks reception and photos followed by the wedding breakfast.
For those that wish to plan departure transport in advance, the venue must be vacated by 1am and taxi numbers can be found in the ‘LOCATION’ information section.

Dress Code

The dress code is smart and we do hope to hold part of the wedding outdoors, weather permitting!

The celebrations continue…

As the day after the wedding is a UK Bank Holiday, we’d love for you to stay around a little longer and join us for a post wedding BBQ lunch and drinks starting late morning on the Monday. Location will be confirmed nearer the time but will be close to the wedding venue.

If you are driving..

Hyde Barn sits on the ancient Fosse Way (A429) just south of Stow-on-the-Wold. Set your Sat Nav destination using the post code (GL54 1JX) or ‘Fosse Manor Hotel’. However, please note that most Sat Navs will take you to a location just down the road so best to refer to the map on the invite and below from here. Click to open Hyde Barn in Google Maps. There is plenty of free parking at the venue.

If you are travelling by train..

Moreton-in-Marsh is the nearest rail station (approx. 3 miles). Taxis are normally available at the station.

KEY PEOPLE

That’s all of you really! As most of you will be aware we had a very small ceremony in Dubai in April last year and, although this was special in its own way, none of you were there! This wedding is our opportunity to celebrate our marriage with all of our friends and family and also thank you for always being there for us. We really hope you can make it and thank you in advance for coming.
